Shipping and Delivery Policy

A digital service, nothing is shipped

Walinko is an online software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped by courier or post. Everything you buy is delivered to your Walinko account online.

When access is delivered

Access is delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your Premium link or link pack is activated on your account and is ready to use right away, typically within a minute. You can use it from your dashboard immediately, and a GST invoice is added to your billing history.

If access does not appear

If your payment went through but the feature is not active within 30 minutes, first refresh your dashboard. If it is still missing, email [email protected] from the address on your account with your payment reference. We reply within 1 working day and will either activate the feature or refund you under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
