Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what you may not do with Walinko links, QR codes and accounts. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What is not allowed

You may not use Walinko to:

• run scams, fraud, phishing, or anything that deceives people to get money or data;
• impersonate another business or person, or infringe a trademark, brand or copyright;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or drive traffic to such messages;
• share adult or sexual content, or content harmful to minors;
• sell or promote illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or counterfeit items;
• point a link to a WhatsApp number you are not allowed to use;
• break the law, or break WhatsApp’s or Meta’s own terms.

What happens if a link breaks this policy

We may pause, block or remove any link, and suspend or close the account behind it, if we reasonably believe it breaks this policy or the law, or if we receive a credible report about it. Where we can, we will tell you why. Serious or repeated abuse can lead to a permanent ban and, where required, a report to the authorities.

How to report a link

If a Walinko link looks like a scam, spam, impersonation or anything above, report it from the report page, or email [email protected] with the link and what is wrong. We review reports quickly and act on genuine ones.
