Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nexify InfoTech LLP, Surat, Gujarat, India (“Walinko”, “we”, “us”) for the use of walinko.link and the links and QR codes you create with it. By using the service you accept these terms.

What Walinko does

Walinko turns a WhatsApp number and an optional message into a short link and a QR code. When someone opens the link, it sends them to WhatsApp to start a chat with you. We do not send, receive, read or store the messages that follow. Your chats stay between you and your customer.

Free and Premium

• The free link generator needs no account and is free to use.
• A free link keeps working as long as the WhatsApp number on it is active. The number is fixed inside a free link, so to change the number later you use a Premium link.
• Premium links are paid, let you change the number and message anytime, and add click reports and other features described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Walinko to:

• send spam, scams, phishing or anything unlawful;
• impersonate another business or person, or infringe a trademark or brand;
• point a link to a number you are not allowed to use;
• break WhatsApp’s or Meta’s own terms.

We may pause, block or remove any link, and suspend access, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, or if we receive a credible report about it. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Your content and leads

You are responsible for the numbers, messages and any lead-form answers handled through your links, and for having the right to use them. When your customers submit details through a lead form, you are responsible for those details as the data fiduciary and we act only as your processor, as described in our privacy policy.

Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta

Walinko is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its owner.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
