What is a WhatsApp link and how does it work
A WhatsApp link (also called a click-to-chat link) opens a WhatsApp chat with your number the moment someone taps it. They do not need to save your number first.
You can also set a greeting that appears typed in the chat, so the customer only has to press send. When they do, the conversation happens directly between you and them on WhatsApp. Walinko never sees or stores those messages.
