Collect a lead form before the chat
A Premium link can show a short form before the chat. The visitor fills in the fields you choose, agrees to share them with you, and is then taken into WhatsApp. You see the submissions in your dashboard.
- Choose the fields you want, for example name and city.
- Visitors must tick a consent box before submitting.
- Leads are kept for 12 months, and you can export or delete them anytime.
