Add a ready-made message to your WhatsApp link

When someone taps your WhatsApp link, you can have a message already typed in their chat box, ready to send. It saves the customer from thinking what to write, and it tells you why they are reaching out before you even reply.
Why a pre-typed message helps
- Chats start with context, so you reply faster.
- You can route enquiries, for example 'I want a price for...'.
- It feels friendly and makes the first step easy for the customer.
How to set it
On Walinko, type your greeting in the message box when you create the link. Keep it short and natural, like 'Hi, I saw your page and want to know the price.' The customer can edit it before sending, so it is only a starting point.
On a free link the message is fixed when you create it. On a Premium link you can change the greeting anytime, on the same link, without reprinting anything.
